Please note: the Hemi-Sync® Media Player is not able to burn CDs, nor transfer to your mp3 player directly. You must export the tracks to another media player to burn CDs, or to transfer to your mobile device. Click here to watch the video for instructions on exporting tracks.
1. Start by downloading the free Hemi-Sync Rich Media Player (indicate your preference for Windows or Macintosh)
Note: On initial startup you will be given the option to first run Media Discovery, which creates a library of rich media albums from all the music you already have on your computer and fills up your Queue. This can be run at anytime, so you can return to this later if you prefer not to run Media Discovery immediately.
3. Click on the Extras tab and switch to the browser view which will display the rich media liner notes.
4. Then click on the Hemi-Sync icon in the player's toolbar.
5. This will open the Hemi-Sync store inside the player.
6. Now you are ready to purchase and experience Hemi-Sync Rich Media albums.

What is an EP3 Format? (click to expand)
What's the difference between EP3s and MP3s? Think of EP3 as 'electronic packaging' for MP3s.
EP3s contain MP3 audio files, but also so much more. We at Monroe Products chose this format for delivery because it places our products in a wonderful context that informs and supports your use of the technology so that you achieve the maximum benefit.
The .ep3 format was chosen because it preserves the integrity of the ALBUM format, where so much of digital download delivery is track-based. This is important for MP because many of our releases do not properly fit into the standard understanding of tracks, largely because of the Hemi-Sync® effect engineered into our titles.
For example, you might like to listen to track 4 of The Shaman's Heart. But listening to the track, by itself, and not in combination with other tracks of The Shaman's Heart, will not deliver the optimal experience we advertise. Hemi-Sync® needs time to entrain, and sometimes that entrainment follows a series of progressive changes in Hemi-Sync® frequency from track to track. Listening to the tracks individually and randomly, like you might with your favorite music library, just isn't going to deliver the best (or intended) results.
However, we do realize that we are a society on the go, and that some of our customers want their media to travel with them. You can export your albums out of the player as MP3s and import them into the player of your choice.
Not only do our .ep3 albums contain the sound tracks you desire, but they also contain all of the necessary supporting information to help you understand and optimize your Hemi-Sync® experiences. We think you will agree that our new digital albums are both beautiful and useful. We look forward to hearing your feedback.

No worries. With a single click you can unpack an entire album (including all media, pictures and extras) or export individual tracks and pictures to any location, then play them however you wish. Watch our Video Tutorial.

Once again, no worries... we have you covered. If your computer crashes or you change computers just let us know. We'll have your purchases on file and will replace everything at no cost, no questions asked.
In any event, we do strongly advise that you backup your downloaded albums to an external disc drive or CD/DVD. This way, if you lose your albums or get another computer, all you need to do is download and install the latest version of the player from the www.hemi-sync.com website to your new computer and then reload all your backed-up albums.

After you make your purchase from the www.hemi-sync.com website, you will be taken to a receipt page which contains the download link(s) for your album(s). Click the link(s) to initiate the download. In addition, an email that contains the same link(s) will be sent to the email address you provide at the purchase.
If you lose connection during the download, just click either the link(s) on the receipt page or in the email and the download will begin again.
